Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation After Purchase

You may cancel your order only before the product has been shipped and before it has been received.
If you request a cancellation after the item has already been shipped, we will refund the product price only.
Please note that, depending on the circumstances, return shipping fees may be charged to the customer.

Cancellation Policy for Raffle (Lottery) Sales

For products purchased through a raffle sale, cancellations are accepted within 7 days of purchase, or before the item has been shipped and received, whichever comes first.
If a raffle order is canceled, the purchase right for that product will be offered to the next applicant on the raffle waiting list in the order of entry.
