These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “this Agreement”) apply to your access to and use of the physical store and this website operated by rofmia (“we”, “us”, “our”), including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
Our online store is hosted and operated through Shopify, which enables us to provide and manage our Service.

These Terms set forth your rights and obligations when using the Service.
By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Service.

Please review your order carefully before submission. After acceptance, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

Returns or exchanges for purchased items are handled only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Once an item has been handed over to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss or damage transfer to the customer.

Our trademarks—including the rofmia name, logo, product names, and slogans—may not be used without written consent.
Shopify trademarks are owned by Shopify. Other marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Optional Tools

The Service may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control.

Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements.
Your use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk, and you must review and agree to any applicable third-party terms.

Future new features or tools provided through the Service will also be subject to these Terms.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and the Service is provided through Shopify’s platform.
However, all purchases made from our store are strictly between you and rofmia.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that Shopify is not liable for any aspect of your purchase, including any damages arising from products or services obtained through our store.

You expressly release Shopify from any claims arising out of your transactions with rofmia.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

20. Assignment

You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance shall be the court governing the location of our principal place of business.
