This is a collaboration item with Carryology, a media outlet and community specializing in carry culture that researches and introduces bag and gear culture from around the world.
It uses ECCO's FSDX Dyneema® Leather. Dyneema is bonded to 0.4-0.6mm cowhide leather, making it lightweight, tough, and water-repellent.
It is based on the Daypack V2 L and has been customized. The black nubuck Dyneema® leather on the bottom improves resistance to abrasion, and the deep zippered pockets on the sides of the bag allow you to carry bottles and folding umbrellas without compromising the appearance.
It comes with a removable pass-through strap and webbing to secure the bag to the handle of a suitcase.
The back panel now features breathable mesh material. Layered with thick, lightweight polyester fiber inside the mesh, it significantly improves sweat wicking and cushioning.
The upper pocket of the main compartment features patchwork made from vintage fabrics dating back 100 years—from around the 1910s to 1930s, and in some cases, the late Edo period. A Japanese deer leather patch bearing the engraved rofmia × Carryology logo is attached to the center of the pocket.

ECCO's FSDX Dyneema® Leather is an innovative hybrid material that integrates Dyneema® Composite Fabric (DCF) fibers into natural leather. It retains the inherent softness, texture, and aging beauty of leather while combining the exceptionally high tensile strength and lightweight properties of Dyneema®. It is thin, resistant to abrasion and tearing, and maintains stable strength even with repeated use. The surface has the unique appearance of natural leather, and the wrinkles, luster, and deepening of color that develop with use are different for each piece. The DCF bonded to the back is ultra-lightweight and has 15 times the strength and water resistance of iron. It has the highest tear strength and tensile strength among materials compared on a weight/thickness basis. Ultra-lightweight and waterproof, DCF is used in a variety of environments that demand high performance.

DCF is a material that is vulnerable to punctures but highly resistant to stretching. Prolonged contact with sharp objects in the same area or friction against protrusions may cause material deterioration. Additionally, the leather used in the bag may exhibit signs of wear, unevenness, or minor scratches. Please understand these as characteristics of natural materials. Leaving the leather wet for extended periods can damage it or cause mold growth. Always ensure it is completely dry before storing.
